3 of the 4 paddles on the back make a nice solid click when pushed but 1 of them doesn t do this it has barely any feedback to let me know it s been pushed so it actually affects gameplay on occasion. I ve had 2 controllers changed.

Hey guys so i bought an xbox elite controller yesterday and one of the paddles p1 was hard to press and did not have the same clicky feel as the rest of the paddles.

Three of the paddles work perfectly fine but one of the small paddles is inexplicably incapable of working properly. They said that s it s past the warrenty but i kicked off and said that s unacceptable for a premium product. I could not find a fix for this issue anywhere and ran into this thread.

Elite controller series 2 paddle issue so i ve been loving the controller right up until i finally decided to test out playing with the paddles. They agreed in the end to replace both controllers and had the replacements in about a week from sending mine off each time. Or maybe triple click the controller sync button to temporarily disable the paddles so you can.
